SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard UK delivery is £4.95.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days.

During busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take a little longer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. MissRuby cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
